Wetmore’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is adding a Sales Consultant as we continue to grow our operation.

This role is designed for a salesperson who wants full ownership of their results. We are an established dealership with strong brand recognition, steady traffic, and a management team focused on performance and accountability. This is not a volume hire and not a multi-opening posting.

The Role

Manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to delivery
Work inbound opportunities as well as self-generated business
Build repeat and referral customers through long-term relationships
Present vehicles, pricing, and finance options with confidence and clarity
Operate with structure, consistency, and professionalism

The Right Candidate

Automotive sales experience strongly preferred
Self-directed, competitive, and accountable
Comfortable operating independently within a team environment
Understands that income is driven by effort, follow-up, and execution
Takes pride in personal reputation and results
