What We’re Looking For:
- Proven automotive sales experience (2+ years preferred)
- Competitive mindset with a genuine passion for customer service
- Strong closing skills – you must be comfortable asking for the sale and following up
- Professional appearance and excellent verbal/written communication
- Proficiency with CRM software, internet leads, and digital retailing tools
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
