A high-volume dealership in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I) to join our team. We are searching for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers strong performance.
About the Role
We are looking for a proven F&I producer with a track record of maximizing profitability while maintaining compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-structured operation with strong lender relationships and a supportive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers
- Structure deals and secure approvals through a network of lenders
- Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate and compliant
- Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly production goals
- Maintain full compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage workflow efficiently within the finance office
- Follow established product offerings and pricing guidelines
Qualifications
- 5 years Previous experience as an Automotive F&I Manager in a new car dealership required
- Strong knowledge of retail automotive and deal structuring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proven ability to perform in a results-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a professional, team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
