Internet Manager Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence with a knowledge of the automotive industry! The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker who can market products, negotiate with vendors, and enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient inventory control.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the internet sales team meets performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategies for market expansion and customer engagement.
- Work warm leads and help turn into sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to enhance retail sales strategies.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in an automotive or sales environment.
- Call Center management or other BDC management -preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to market products effectively.
- Proficiency in outside sales techniques, with a focus on outbound sales strategies.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Strong mathematical skills for analytical tasks related to budgeting and inventory management.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving common goals.
- Must be at least 18yrs old, be able to pass a background check, and drug test.
- Pay-$4,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
Must have Monday-Saturday availability. Off on Sundays!
Sales BDC Responsibilities:
- Top priority- answer phones and internet requests in a timely but professional manner to assist with vehicle information, prices, and availability.
- Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with sales team.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Follow up with sales leads.
- Generate repeat sales by calling previous customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales setting or call center or internet department experience– Preferred.
- Basic computer skills with ability to type proficiently.
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Professional attitude and appearance!
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Stellar follow-up ability.
- Ability to handle high call volume while providing superior service.
- Strong attendance record, punctuality, and great work ethic!
- Pay-Base (around $1,600) a month + commission! BDC monthly pay averages between $3,000-$5,000! If you have a must-win attitude, you will do great here!
