Pay: $90,000 – $140,000 per year (base + performance incentives)

Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, LLC, a Ford Elite Commercial Center, is seeking an experienced Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial vehicle business.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (minimum)
Additional hours will be required based on business needs, customer demands, or special circumstances

Responsibilities:

Drive growth in fleet and commercial vehicle sales
Manage, coach, and develop a Fleet Sales Representative
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, government, and fleet accounts
Work closely with Retail Sales Managers and other department leaders to align inventory, pricing, and processes
Ensure compliance with Ford fleet programs and Elite Commercial Center standards

Qualifications:

Automotive dealership experience required, preferably in fleet or commercial sales
OR
a very strong dealer-based sales background
Proven leadership and sales growth experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel locally; no overnights required except for occasional training or industry events
