Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Gather relevant information to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the Service Department.
- Effectively manage and update the appointment calendar to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Follow-Up:
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Stay informed about ongoing promotions, new vehicle releases, and dealership events to effectively communicate these opportunities to customers.
- Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, monitor lead status, and prioritize follow-up activities.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales, service, and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize customer engagement.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other communication tools.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
