We are actively seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our successful team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Create and organize all sales activities for the Used Car Sales division.
Conduct daily market analysis and adjust pricing accordingly.
Assist in planning annual and monthly departmental forecasts, staffing objectives, and vehicle inventory.
Acquire vehicles and maintain inventory levels.
Assist individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives.
Hold or participate in sales training meetings.
Communicate daily with the new vehicle sales manager regarding units needed for used car inventory.
Ensure that used car salespeople are informed of all new inventory and current advertising efforts.
Responsible for appraising, reconditioning, displaying, wholesaling and merchandising all vehicles.
Serve as liaison between Used Car Sales Department and other departments.
Follow up on daily CRM objectives with the current sales staff.
Resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all times.

Qualifications:

5 + years Automotive Sales Management.
Exceptionally high attention to detail.
Proficient at operation of a personal computer including Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealersocket, and V-Auto is helpful but not required.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
A complete understanding of a CRM and consistent follow up regimen.
Great attitude with high-energy personality.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
