AK Paint Chip Repair is growing and looking for a motivated individual with detailing experience or a strong interest in automotive reconditioning. We specialize in high-level cosmetic repairs for dealership inventory, primarily focusing on full vehicle paint chip repairs. We currently service several top-tier dealerships within a 30-minute radius and are looking for another technician to help maintain and service these lots.
This position is primarily dealership-based work. Our main services include full car paint chip repairs, headlight restoration, scratch removal, adhesive and sticker removal, and paint transfer removal. We take pride in producing extremely high-quality work, so this job is best suited for someone who truly has an eye for detail — someone who notices the small imperfections others miss and wants everything to look perfect. A perfectionist or “OCD” mindset is a big plus in this role.
We also have a retail side of the business where full details are performed. There is opportunity to grow into that side of the company as your skill level increases. We are focused on long-term growth and want someone who wants to grow with us.
This is a commission-only position paid per vehicle. The more cars you complete, the more money you make. As you become faster and more skilled at the services, your earning potential increases. The good news is we work with high-volume, top-of-the-line dealerships that provide consistent work — you just need to show up ready to work and produce high-quality results.
Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you three-day weekends. There are also additional income opportunities through add-on services and optional dealership sales opportunities with very high commission potential.
