Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, promotions, and inventory
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Accurately complete sales documentation and follow dealership procedures
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
