Duties
- Lead and manage the entire sales team, setting clear goals and motivating staff to exceed sales targets in both retail and B2B markets
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that increase market share and enhance customer satisfaction
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting new clients through cold calling and outbound sales to closing high-value deals
- Cultivate relationships with key clients,
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize the sales process
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, upselling techniques, phone etiquette, and communication skills to ensure team excellence
- Manage inventory control and retail math to maintain optimal stock levels while maximizing profitability
- Support marketing initiatives by providing insights into customer needs and market trends to boost outreach efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile or high-end retail sales management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Extensive background in outside sales, B2B sales, and dealership experience preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to represent the company professionally
- Experience in automotive sales or related fields such as inventory control or marketing is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
