Parts Manager – Honda of North Carolina Powerhouse

Job Type: Full-Time

Honda of North Carolina Powerhouse is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department. We are a premier Powersports dealership, and we need a motivated leader who is passionate about the industry, great with people, and highly skilled in inventory management. You must have a minimum of 2 years in a parts management role in Powersports, Automotive or similar industry to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and top-tier customer service.
Manage and maintain inventory, ordering, and stocking parts for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles.
Lead and develop a team of parts associates to provide excellent customer service.
Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist customers with parts inquiries, providing expert recommendations and solutions.
Handle heavy items and ensure proper organization of parts and accessories.
Drive department profitability while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

5+ years of managerial experience in a parts department (powersports, automotive, or similar industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of powersports products, brands, and accessories.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage people, processes, and inventory efficiently.
Passion for the powersports industry and a drive to grow within it.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
