Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our automotive dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound and inbound sales activities, including cold calling and follow-up communications to generate leads and close deals.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting new clients through B2B sales, networking, and marketing efforts.
- Conduct high-end automobile sales by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and upselling additional features or services.
- Negotiate terms of sale effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting dealership targets.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels for sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and follow up on prospects efficiently.
- Deliver engaging presentations and participate in public speaking events to promote dealership offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract potential buyers and increase dealership visibility.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and organizational skills to support smooth operations within the dealership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automotive products.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with cold calling, outbound sales, upselling, and deal closing techniques.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to automotive or retail sectors is advantageous.
