What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to consistently meet and exceed goals
- Desk car deals to propose and direct sales people in the sales process
- Work closely with the GM and finance team to structure deals
- Coach and develop sales staff through one-on-one mentoring and team training
- Oversee and improve lead management processes and CRM usage
- Create a customer-first culture
You Are:
- A proven leader in automotive sales management
- A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to change processes and open to new tools, apps, and platform
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- A deal-closer who loves the thrill of getting customers into their perfect car
