Overview:
A Customer Service Sales Associate creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere and puts smiles on people’s faces using world class customer service. Let’s make it FUN!
Primary Duties include but not limited to:
- Enrollment and Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members.
- Point-of-Sale and oversee transactions.
- Maintain all aspects of the property in a clean and working order.
- Safely and efficiently load vehicles with clear hand signals and a smile.
- Strive for customer satisfaction by greeting every guest with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Providing support throughout the entire wash process and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests.
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
- Must have a resilient positive attitude and energetic personality.
- Reliable transportation.
Physical Demands:
- Regular physical mobility includes reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 20 pounds in weight.
- Standing and being on your feet for long periods of time.
- Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
Plus all commissions on sales.
