Job description:
Texas Car One is an internet based store with indoor showroom. We have high number of leads (way above the average). We are rated 4.8 on Google and provide exceptional customer service. Exceptional work environment with great working hours, five days a week, bonuses. Due to our recent business expansion, our inventory is at over 200 vehicle and we have 4 sales consultants. We are in great demand of new sales consultants to support our further expansion and development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Assist customers with their automotive needs, including sales and product information
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively to customers
