BJ’s Automotive & M&N Absolute Auto Repair are seeking an experienced, high-performing Service Advisor to take a lead role in our front-of-house operations.

This position is ideal for a professional Service Advisor who thrives in a high-volume independent shop, values clear communication and integrity, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving strong, consistent sales results.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a seasoned advisor who understands how to manage workflow, collaborate with technicians, and guide customers with confidence and care.

What You’ll Bring

Proven Performance

Demonstrated history of $120k–$150k+ in monthly sales in an independent auto repair shop
Ability to manage a fast pace while maintaining accuracy, transparency, and customer trust

Professional Experience

5+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
Independent shop experience required

Technology & Organization

Comfortable using modern shop management systems
Experience with Tekmetric or similar platforms strongly preferred

Communication & Leadership

Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Skilled at translating technical information into customer-friendly recommendations
Calm, respectful, and solution-oriented under pressure
