As our General Sales Manager, you will:

Lead 19 team members across our sales department
Work directly with the Sales Director to make thoughtful, decisive decisions — without bureaucracy or red tape

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, or General Manager within an automotive dealership
Experience with the Subaru or other import brand is a plus
OEM automotive experience is welcomed
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire high-performing sales teams
Strong negotiation expertise and proven training capabilities for Sales Managers and Purchase Partners
Deep understanding of the entire automotive sales process — from first greeting through delivery

SCHEDULE & WORK-LIFE BALANCE

Closed Sundays
Close at 7 PM on weekdays
Set weekday off every week
Every third Saturday off
