Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for our business philosophy. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean, well-kept office space and presenting a professional appearance.
- Adopting a question-based consultative approach to sales and financing transactions.
- Building rapport with customers by discussing common interests and goals.
- Listening to customers' responses to determine their needs and preferences.
- Empathetically assisting customers with marginal or poor credit, fostering a friendly and helpful environment.
