Local and independently owned Collision Repair Shop in business for over 36 years is looking for a team member to welcome, support and assist our wonderful new and existing customer base. Our busy shop will give you an opportunity to develop deep relationships as well as learn and hone important industry skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be computer literate with a clear understanding of Microsoft products.
- Must possess knowledge of computerized estimating systems and experience with CCC One/Management System.
- Must have good judgment and be able to make sound decisions.
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience a must.
*Hourly pay will be determined on candidates qualifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
