- 3+ years experience as a service advisor in a professional auto repair facility
- Proven ability to build customer trust, present repairs clearly, and close jobs with confidence
- High emotional intelligence — you can read a room, de-escalate tension, and keep things moving
- Genuine humility — you're coachable, you listen, and you don't need to be the loudest voice in the room
- Natural leadership instincts — people follow your lead without you having to demand it
- You care about doing right by the customer, every single time
- Comfortable working in a high-skill environment — transmissions and complex diagnostics are the norm here, not the exception
- Values-driven — no drama, no shortcuts, no excuses
- Valid driver's license required
