Service Advisor Requirements:

3+ years of Experience required
Valid Driver's License required
Experience in CDK required
Knowledge of automotive services, repairs, and maintenance practices specific to the BMW brand or luxury vehicles required
Proficiency in using dealership management software and other digital tools for scheduling and repair orders required
Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on clear and professional interactions required

Position Offers:

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating vehicle service appointments and ensuring clear communication throughout the process
Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance, explaining service options, creating repair orders, etc
Collaborating with technicians to provide timely and accurate updates to clients
Advise customers on other available services and effectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance
Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order in the approved manner
Resolve customer complaints and questions
