Route Sales Territory Manager – Automotive Industry
Location: Monroe County, NY

Deposit Control Systems, Inc. has been the exclusive distributor of BG Products in Upstate NY for over 30 years. We partner with automotive service departments, independent repair facilities and fleets to deliver industry-leading chemical solutions, training and process improvement.

We are currently seeking a driven and experienced automotive professional to take ownership of a high-potential territory in Monroe County.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and grow an established territory through relationship driven sales with automotive service providers.
Build strong relationships with dealership service departments, independent repair facilities and fleets.
Execute daily account visits, product sales, and deliveries
Leverage your automotive expertise to train advisors and technicians on product usage, service processes and selling strategies.
Lead group training sessions and presentations (public speaking experience is a plus).
Identify opportunities to increase service adoption and customer retention.
Utilize dealer management systems to track sales and customer interactions.
Work independently, taking initiative to meet and exceed sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in automotive fixed operations.
Strong knowledge of modern automotive technology and maintenance services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to influence behavior at the advisor and technician level.
Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined to work without direct supervision.
A team player with a humble, hungry, and teachable attitude.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
