About the Role
iDrive Auto Parts is seeking a high-performing, tech-savvy Sales Professional to join our growing remote sales team. This role is designed for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of the recycled auto parts industry and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in selling recycled/used automotive parts, delivering exceptional customer service over the phone, and consistently closing deals.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 2+ years of direct experience in recycled/used auto parts sales (REQUIRED)
✅ Strong, hands-on knowledge of automotive parts and components
✅ Excellent phone presence, communication, and closing ability
✅ Tech-savvy – comfortable with modern sales platforms, CRMs, and Yard Management Systems (Pinnacle, Car-Part, etc.)
✅ Proven ability to negotiate, build relationships, and maximize margins
✅ High-energy, confident, and motivated by performance-based earnings
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly productive

- Base Salary + Commission
- Expected Earnings: $50,000 – $95,000+ annually (uncapped potential)
