We are looking for Experienced Automotive Sales Professionals to join our sales team!We are seeking someone with a background in car sales and a strong work ethic! We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail oriented, can work independently and are ready to grow in our fast paced dealership! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four (4) years of proven success in a franchised or independent car dealership environment, strong closing skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role requires a self-motivated professional who understands the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead management to delivery and post-sale follow-up.
Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications
- Car sales experience is helpful but not required
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Must have customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
- Strong phone skills and computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
