Listen carefully, document concerns clearly, and set proper expectations
Recommend and sell needed services with confidence and integrity
Build accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
Secure approvals, provide timely updates, and manage workflow efficiently
Review completed repairs, process payments, and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
2+ years of Service Advisor experience (independent or dealership)
Strong knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and tires
Experience with POS / shop management software (we use top-tier systems)
Excellent communication, sales, and follow-up skills
Honest, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
High school diploma or equivalent
