Duties
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals through coaching, training, and performance management
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to B2B (business-to-business) markets, focusing on outside sales efforts and account growth
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market analysis and leveraging marketing insights to expand our reach
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong relationships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and promote our technology solutions
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients and ensure seamless account management through ongoing engagement and support
Experience
- 10 years Automotive Service Consultation
- 5 years Automotive Service Management
- Demonstrated management experience leading sales teams or departments with a focus on developing talent and driving results
- Extensive knowledge of tire and automotive service sales, including technical
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
- Background in business development, account management, and strategic planning within competitive markets
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer-centric approach that emphasizes service excellence
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, foster innovation, and promote continuous improvement in sales processes
