Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate leads.
- Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline and track customer interactions effectively.
- Negotiate vehicle pricing and financing options to close sales successfully.
- Provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Upsell additional products and services, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Maintain an organized inventory management system to ensure accurate vehicle availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals and objectives.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on high-end sales techniques.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Proficient in CRM software for effective sales management and tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette for outbound calls.
- Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately as part of the sales process.
