About the Opportunity
Our company has experienced rapid growth and continues to expand operations, inventory volume, staffing, marketing, and warehouse capabilities. We are looking for a proven leader who can help organize, train, and scale our sales team while maintaining accountability and customer experience.
This position requires a strong work ethic, urgency, leadership presence, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the retail sales team
- Conduct daily sales meetings and accountability sessions
- Train staff on closing techniques, rapport building, urgency, objection handling, and financing
- Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, average tickets, margins, and salesperson performance
- Ensure all sales staff maintain follow-up standards
- Help recruit, interview, and onboard new salespeople
- Work directly with ownership and operations leadership on growth initiatives
- Assist with promotional campaigns, in-store events, and traffic-driving strategies
- Oversee Facebook Marketplace and lead management processes
- Ensure showroom presentation and customer experience standards are maintained
- Create a competitive but positive sales culture focused on results and accountability
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead commission-based sales teams
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Experience managing high-volume retail or automotive environments preferred
- Comfortable working weekends and retail hours
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Experience with financing, CRM systems, lead management, or digital marketing is a plus
