Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

- Active Texas Property and Casualty License
- 3 to 5 years of resent P&C service experience required
- Strong Excel and technology skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and team focused mindset
- Lead and support daily service team operations
- Help hire, train, and develop team members
- Maintain high client service and retention standards
- Identify process improvements and performance opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, and service teams
- Lead by example with professionalism and client first service
