Colonial South is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and grow our parts department within a high-volume, performance-driven dealership environment.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands fixed operations, inventory control, manufacturer programs, and gross profit management — not just parts counter operations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Oversee all aspects of Parts Department operations
- Drive monthly gross profit and absorption goals
- Inventory management (turns, aging, obsolescence control)
- Manage manufacturer programs and incentives (Stellantis experience preferred)
- Control special orders and return compliance
- Internal, customer pay, and wholesale parts growth
- Pricing strategy and matrix optimization
- Supervise and develop parts staff
- Maintain strong working relationship with the Service Manager and Technicians
- Ensure CSI and operational efficiency standards are met
Qualifications
- Prior automotive dealership Parts Manager experience required
- CDJR / Stellantis experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of inventory control and gross growth
- Strong understanding of DMS systems (AutoMate experience a plus)
- Ability to lead a team and hold accountability
- Data-driven decision maker
- Strong organizational and communication skills
