Colonial South is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and grow our parts department within a high-volume, performance-driven dealership environment.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands fixed operations, inventory control, manufacturer programs, and gross profit management — not just parts counter operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Oversee all aspects of Parts Department operations
Drive monthly gross profit and absorption goals
Inventory management (turns, aging, obsolescence control)
Manage manufacturer programs and incentives (Stellantis experience preferred)
Control special orders and return compliance
Internal, customer pay, and wholesale parts growth
Pricing strategy and matrix optimization
Supervise and develop parts staff
Maintain strong working relationship with the Service Manager and Technicians
Ensure CSI and operational efficiency standards are met

Qualifications

Prior automotive dealership Parts Manager experience required
CDJR / Stellantis experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of inventory control and gross growth
Strong understanding of DMS systems (AutoMate experience a plus)
Ability to lead a team and hold accountability
Data-driven decision maker
Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation

Competitive base salary
Performance-based commission/bonus structure

Pay: $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
