Automotive Sales Manager – Braden CDJR (Gallipolis, OH)
Braden Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced, driven, and highly skilled Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Gallipolis, Ohio. We’re looking for a leader who excels at desking deals, communicates with clarity and confidence, and motivates a team to perform at the highest level.
What You’ll Lead
- Desk deals efficiently and accurately to support a high‑volume sales environment
- Coach, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Maintain strong communication with customers, sales consultants, and management
- Support the sales process from lead generation to final delivery
- Ensure CRM usage is consistent, accurate, and aligned with dealership processes
- Work closely with F&I and management to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results
What You Bring
- Current experience as an Automotive Dealership Sales Manager or Desk Manager
- Proven experience desking both new & used vehicles sales
- Strong desking skills with the ability to structure deals quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A motivating, energetic presence that inspires team performance
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and dealership sales processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
