Bacon Auto Country is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors. As a third-generation, family-owned Chevrolet and GMC dealership, we take pride in our reputation for honesty, integrity, and treating people like family.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals
- Manage daily operations of the sales department, including inventory and customer relations
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects our “Believe in Bacon” values
- Oversee training and professional development of sales staff
- Ensure a smooth and professional buying experience for all customers
- Collaborate with other department leaders to support dealership growth and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales management (GM or similar brand experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
- A customer-first attitude and a desire to build long-term relationships
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
