Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise service staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and daily operations to maximize productivity
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor and manage departmental KPIs, budgets, and profitability
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a service management or supervisory role
