Automotive Service Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of automotive or related experience required
- Previous experience in a service manager role preferred but not required
- Leadership/management quality required
- Customer service experience required

Automotive Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and clients, handle outreach and follow-ups, coordinate with parts suppliers, assign work to technicians, and manage overall shop operations
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices to continuously improve service operations
