Summary
As a Service Advisor for Pony Powersports, you will be integral in delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Your core skills in service writing, and customer interaction will enable you to assess client needs effectively. With premium experience in service management and dealership operations, you will guide customers through service options and estimates. Additionally, your relevant knowledge in various repairs and maintenance will enhance the overall service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs while providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and customer interviews to identify issues.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and explain recommended repairs to customers.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain records of services performed and assist in sales of additional services.
- Stay updated on service trends and dealership practices.
Qualifications
- Strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in service writing and auto estimating
- Sales, service, or parts experience within the powersports or automotive industry
- Familiarity with dealership operations and auto service management
- Relevant experience in various repair tasks, including scheduled maintenance, tires and collision repair.
