What You’ll Do (The Mission)
- Omnichannel Execution: Master our "Definitive Platform" to engage customers across the digital galaxy. You aren't just a voice; you are the conductor of a multi-channel symphony (Phone, SMS, Email).
- Drive Inevitable Results: Use our AI-powered logic to turn raw data into high-value showroom appointments and service repair orders. You deliver the "Actionable Information" that makes our partners win.
- Obsess Over the Dealer: You are the digital face of the dealership. You treat every partner's rooftop like your own business, ensuring their customers get an "out of this world" experience that keeps them coming back for life.

System Requirements:
- 3 years old or less computer
- At least 8 MB of RAM
- Dedicated and separate high-speed Internet with at least 50 Mbps download speed: DSL or Cable (no wireless or satellite ISPs allowed)
You will be required to locate a provider who meets our connectivity requirements and arrange connections.
Additional Requirements:
- A secure home office free from background noise or other distractions
Residence in one of these states where we currently hire: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Louisiana, Utah.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- This is a virtual, work-from-home position.
- 3 Year or newer computer
- Workplace Flexibility: Full time.

Compensation (All about the 9s):
- $39,000 per year
- 9% guaranteed increase per year
- 9 PTO days per year, accrues starting day 1, available after 90 days
- More benefits starts in 9 Months
