In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs. You will leverage your knowledge of automotive sales and inventory management to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership and provide them with information about available vehicles.
Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs to recommend suitable options.
Demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities to potential buyers.
Manage inventory by keeping track of vehicle availability and ensuring proper display.
Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to potential customers and generate leads.
Collaborate with the finance department to assist customers with financing options.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Experience

Previous experience in automotive sales is required.
Proficient at using Vinsolutions the CRM software.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
Proficient in inventory management practices and organizational skills.
Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating financing options.
Familiarity with market trends in the automotive industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
