A well-established automotive dealer group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and optimize our new and pre-owned vehicle operations. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for inventory management, sales leadership, and team development. The desk Manager will play a vital role in driving profitability, enhancing the customer experience, and fostering a high-performing sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Oversee vehicle acquisition, pricing, and inventory mix to maximize profitability.
- Sales Leadership: Support and guide the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Market Analysis: Track market trends to adjust inventory, pricing, and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Trade-In Appraisals: Accurately appraise trade-in vehicles and ensure a fair and competitive valuation process.
- Team Development: Mentor and support the pre-owned sales team to build a strong, cohesive unit.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a smooth and positive buying experience for all pre-owned vehicle customers.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with dealership leadership to achieve financial goals and departmental KPIs.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven success in a New Car Manager, Pre-Owned Manager, or similar role in an automotive dealership.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of used car operations, including vehicle acquisition, appraisals, and inventory management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with dealership management software and inventory tracking systems.
