Who We're Looking For
- Someone who has built or rebuilt a dealership before. Not managed one that was already working. Built one. Tell us the store. Tell us the numbers. Tell us how you did it.
- A leader who operates like an owner. You think P&L, you think market share, you think long term.
- Deep experience across all dealership operations including sales, F&I, service, and parts
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Someone who doesn't need a 6 month guarantee. If you aren't confident you can get it done from day one, this isn't the right fit.
- A competitor who keeps score and wins
