What You’ll Do:

Lead overall dealership performance - drive profitability across all departments by establishing clear goals and accountability
Develop and coach department leaders – recruit, mentor, and hold managers accountable to achieve strong departmental outcomes while building a strong culture
Drive sales and customer experience – implement strategies that increase sales volume and improve customer satisfaction scores
Manage financial performance – ensure the dealership consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets
Execute growth and process improvements – identify opportunities to improve processes and implement initiatives that support the continued growth of our group

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Previous experience as a General Manager or General Sales Manager with proven results
Longevity in previous roles in the automotive industry
Leadership skills with a real passion and drive
Enthusiasm and positive attitude with high energy throughout the workday
Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
Acceptable driving record & valid driver’s license
