Job Summary: ***MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF AUTO REPAIR SERVICE/ADVISING EXPERIENCE (MUST PROVIDE REFERENCE TO CONFIRM)***
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team at our family-owned auto repair shop. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them to schedule appointments, explain their vehicle's issues, and ensure that they receive the best possible service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with technicians and other staff members to provide a high level of customer service and ensure that our clients' needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions answered.
- Listen to clients' concerns and accurately diagnose issues with their vehicles, using a combination of customer feedback and diagnostic tools.
- Provide clients with accurate estimates for repairs and services, including costs and timeframes.
- Schedule appointments for clients and ensure that their vehicles are serviced in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with technicians and other staff members to ensure that clients' vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of clients' vehicles, including service histories, diagnostic reports, and invoices.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technologies to provide the best possible service.
- Complete all shop paperwork, including PO's and any other required documents to maintain proper records
