Service Director Opportunity – Fixed Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Service Director / Fixed Operations Leader to oversee a well-established dealership’s service department. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who values process, accountability, and team development while delivering a strong, consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department, including advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Drive performance across key metrics such as labor sales, effective labor rate, gross profit, and CSI
- Establish and maintain efficient workflows to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and retain a strong service team
- Coach advisors and technicians to maximize performance and consistency
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and internal policies
- Collaborate with dealership leadership to align fixed operations with overall business goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Service Director or Service Manager in an automotive dealership
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and enforce accountability
- Solid understanding of fixed ops KPIs and how to improve them
- Stable work history with a commitment to long-term success
- Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on retention and experience
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
