Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Auto Body Shop Service Advisor / Estimator to join our fast-paced collision center.
This is NOT a general mechanic or front desk role. We are looking for someone with real body shop or collision experience who can write estimates, manage repair jobs, communicate with customers, and actively help grow the business.
You will be the main point of contact from estimate to delivery, ensuring a smooth process while maximizing shop production and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and evaluate vehicle damage professionally
- Write accurate collision estimates using CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar systems
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper repair scope and timelines
- Order parts and manage job progress daily
- Work with insurance companies when applicable
- Maintain clear documentation and repair updates
- Deliver excellent customer service from intake to vehicle pickup
- Actively generate new business (referrals, follow-ups, dealership leads, etc.)
- Upsell additional repairs based on vehicle condition and safety needs
Compensation
- Base pay: $18 – $25/hour
- Commission based on labor sales and performance
- Expected earnings: $6,000 – $10,000+ per month

Requirements
- Experience in auto body shop or collision estimating (REQUIRED)
- Experience using estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex preferred)
- Strong customer service and sales ability
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and stay organized
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and performance-driven
