What You’ll Do
- Drive appointments with proactive outbound calls & texts
- Check in vehicles in DealerFX and open ROs in Reynolds & Reynolds
- Build/price estimates (add labor times), present options, and earn approvals
- Keep work moving—coordinate with techs & parts; close ROs in Reynolds & Reynolds
- Follow up after service to ensure 5-star satisfaction & reviews
What You Bring
- 2+ years Service Advisor experience (required)
- Proven ability to sell Service/Parts and hit KPIs
- Comfortable in Reynolds & Reynolds (preferred) and DealerFX
- A+ communicator, fast on your feet, team-first mindset
