Duties & Responsibilities:
● Customer service skills is a must for dealing with customers
● The ability to communicate objectives and promise times to customers
● The ability to work with service computer systems like ADP and X-time
● Upsell maintenance to customers
● A team and company attitude to deliver exceptional work to our customer
● Maintain open lines of communications with customers to achieve their expectations
● Ability to upsell clients on needed repairs and maintenance to optimize dealer revenues
● Maintain a clean and effective work station
● Become a cohesive member of our top performing team
Requirements:
● 1 or more years of automotive service experience is REQUIRED
● Professional demeanor and presentation
● Valid Driver's License
● Ford experience a huge plus but not required
● Must be able to pass a DMV license check and background check
● Must have steady and verifiable work history
● Must be able to work well as a leader in a team atmosphere
