Experienced Automotive Parts Manager Wanted
A well-established, high-volume automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and grow a successful parts department. What You’ll Do
- Manage all aspects of the parts department operations
- Lead, train, and motivate parts staff
- Maintain proper inventory levels and control obsolescence
- Work closely with service technicians and advisors to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor department performance, sales, and profitability
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager
- Strong inventory management and organizational skills
- Leadership ability with a focus on team development
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred
- Ability to maintain high levels of customer and internal service
