We are seeking an Automotive Service Manager with a demonstrated passion for leadership and a proven track record of driving results in operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department
- Lead, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and productivity
- Monitor and improve service department KPIs (CSI, ELR, hours per RO, etc.)
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer and company standards
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with sales and parts departments to optimize performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in automotive service management or a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and dealership operations
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with service management systems (e.g., CDK)
- Valid driver’s license
