Our Chevrolet dealership is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team! Service Advisors are responsible for building strong customer relationships and taking ownership of and pride in the full customer experience. The Advisor serves as a liaison between customers, the parts departments, and technicians.
This is one of the most imporant positions in our dealership. You will be joining a department that writes about 850 monthly RO's and $2.2 million in labor sales and growing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers promptly in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner
- Drive the sale to meet customer needs aligned with department objectives
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
- Keep customer informed completion times, service expenses and possible changes
- Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions about the customers vehicle
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
- Guarantee the customer has a positive dealership experience!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong customer service performance record
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced team environment
- Above average energy level, positive attitude, and professional appearance
- Superior communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Previous Service Advisor experience a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
