We’re looking for an experienced sales professional who understands that selling a vehicle is just the start—and that long-term relationships, including service, are what drive real success.
What You’ll Do
- Help customers find the right pre-owned vehicle for their needs
- Present vehicles clearly and professionally
- Structure and close deals efficiently
- Introduce service plans, warranties, and maintenance options in a way that makes sense to the customer
- Set expectations for ongoing service and build long-term relationships
- Follow up consistently to drive repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in used car sales
- Ability to naturally incorporate service and maintenance into the sales process
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Someone who takes pride in doing right by the customer while still performing at a high level
Compensation
- Base + commission
- Performance bonuses, including opportunities tied to service retention
